Business Coaching that is …
Appreciative

The objective of appreciative coaching is to bring out the best in people, organisations, and the world around them and to do so by developing a mindset that appreciates strengths.
Strengths-Based

At the core of strengths-based coaching is the underlying belief that people have several times more potential for growth building on their strengths rather than trying to fix their weaknesses.
Positive Minded

Positive minded coaching starts with the belief that people want to learn, focuses on the positive and most importantly that individuals contain within themselves, the solution to their own challenges.

My Role as a Coach
A good coach creates a positive energy when working with their client. They do this by being a non-judgemental, empathic listener and reflector of the ideas and issues that arise.
A good coach does not put forward their own ideas and suggestions during the coaching session. Instead, they remain totally convinced of the potential of those they coach.
A good coach works as an equal partner to enable the client discover and explore hidden areas and to build on their inherent ability for development.
A good coach will, for the most part, focus on the present situation and future possibilities.
